What the heck is this about? I received a call from a number I did not recognize so I sent it to VM and I received this message: "This is Michael from OWA. My associates have tried to reach you regarding a letter of intent. I can be reached at 716- 272- 3415 before 5 PM."
Left a voicemail from Michael Lewis from OWA. Just like the other comments I would block this number if it ever calls you!

I got a call from a woman and a man stating they’re from OWA looking to get a statement of intent from me and that I need to contact them by 5pm.

Got a call from this number telling me I needed to respond or have my retained council contact them…several from a girl and several from a guy….

Ashley Morgan left voicemail saying she has made several attempts to reach me and I have failed to comply including a letter sent to my address. Gave me phone number 716-272-3415 and I need to call by 5pm today. It came in as a "Private Number"
Rec'd robo call from "Ashley Morgan" stating that she's made several attempts to reach me and I've failed to comply including correspondence mailed to my home address (She does not identify who she is). She needs to make recommendation on my behalf and left the phone number and said I needed to reach out by 5 p.m. today. The call came in as RESTRICTED

I’ve now gotten 2 calls, one from a man and one from a woman both claiming to be with (OWA??) regarding a statement of intent. OWA does not seem to exist. Scam.
