Got a call from 7162428910?
This is a scam do not give them any info. It is a phishing phone call and why they only use recordings. I have no outstanding debt and they called my work phone, I heard 2 seconds of the recording and hung up. I am guessing when you get through to someone they will not be American. They are using the recordings to sound legit and get you to call them back, block the numbers and give no info whatsoever. Any collection that is legit would send a letter and call in person.
I got the same message, a person named Beth Conway from Lakeside left a message stating my full name and they had a case filed with my name and social security number and to call back but listed a different number than the one used to call me. The caller ID was from Sacramento but the number to call back was New York.
Number 518-618-3670 calling me couple times a month for past 3 months. Saying they have a case on file with my ssn and my name that needs to be addressed asap. The number they told me to call back was 716-242-8913. I have NO outstanding debts.
I had the same call... they had my full name, said they were from Lakeside and there is a case filed against me and my SS#. I am thinking it is fraud.
Called the 716-242-8910 and 716-242-8914 back and a recording of "Beth Connelly Office" came on.
Today i received a message and a case number said that they were from Lakeside Group and I had a case file with my name and social security number... The caller ID was 512-879-1226 but wanted me to return the call at the 716-242-8914..name of person who called Stacy Wise.... i will not give any info verbally and all communications must be in writing.

I had a call from a number and they said they were a Senior Mediator with the firm and there was an audit against my social and I needed to call them back and left the same number that I have seen on here. She said her name was Stephanie James and left this number 716-242-8910. What the heck do I do?
