Who called me from this phone number (715) 800-2511

I'm getting very upset with this number, Eau Claire, and a Athens Will. Calls that are non stop! From 8:05am to 10:00pm, non stop. I look them up and they all say "SPAM" Ive only started learning how to do this stuff on here, so I don't know what that means. So it's another waste of time to spend looking things up all because of BULL !!
