Who called me from this phone number (715) 330-4794

I told the man I have insurance and to take me off the list. He persisted in his sales pitch. I then asked what part of "take me off the list do you not understand?" Take me off the list. He then continues to try to sell me something I don't need. Very annoying I get called at least 10x a day
