Recieved the same call 2 xs this week. When my coworker said she would transfer me he hung up. The 2nd time when my coworker was taken the message the phone got disconected.
Called my phone, and asked for an employee that has not worked with the organization for 2 years now. Like other reports, caller had a heavy foreign accent. Unknown what the caller wanted.. As soon as I reported the person was no longer employed, they hung up.
Very similar to post on 7/29/21 (called my employer with a heavy foreign accent). Asked for incorrect former employee 1st name, and their maiden name of 2 years ago. When I stated they are no longer with the company, they hung up immediately before I could ask if someone else could help them.
I received the same thing today...did you ever find out who it was? I tried to call the number back but it was a "text subscriber" whatever that is.
I received a call at my work number from this number. The caller had a heavy foreign accent (Filipino?). He asked for me by name (mispronounced my last name, which isn't a difficult last name) and then hung up immediately when I asked what he wanted.
