Who called me from this phone number (715) 280-5711

Received a call from 1-715-280-5711 on my cell phone. Since the number was not in my directory, I did not pick the call up. They did not leave a message, how ever they called again a couple hours later. I'm considering this Unknown/SPAM since relatives and friends would leave a message for a call-back.
