Who called me from this phone number (714) 656-4937

He knew my last name - he said "Miss xxx", unfortunately I forgot & said "yes". Then how can I help you. He hung up. What an xxx. Why do they do that? Why do they hang up when I talk? I called the number back. It give some lame explanation why call can't go through. Horrible. Yes this is a complaint.
