Who called me from this phone number (714) 462-5648

Received a call from A! Courier Svc with my personal information stating they are bringing court papers to my home. They gave me the above # to call to stop the court process. I called and was on a recorded line with a man stating I owe 2,300 but it can be knocked down to 1,100 if I set-up payment! Told them I know nothing of these charges and to deliver papers to my home, he hung up
