A person saying he was from Apple had me look in my general settings, regulatory, and then said all the countries on there are where my phone is being accessed from other countries. He wanted me to log into my lap top and type Apple establish connection. Then he could help me. He got pushy and rude. Had a East Indian accent and lots of static in the background. I then stopped the phone call and called apple to verify he was legit or false. Be aware and please catch these persons. thank you.
