Got a call saying they were with Higaldo county and case was filed against some one we didn't even know and we were named in the case and that an office would be coming to speak to us in person. -
A man called 15 times, back to back, within 10 minutes. He just said my name and when I said nothing, he said "I will mark you as non-complaint and we will proceed to your residence." 100% sure I have zero issues with anything or anyone, so this has to be a scam.
Called saying my daughter has a court case filed against. She gave me a number to call 1-844-202-7082. When we called they wanted her last 4 of SS and date of birth before they could say what case was about. We wouldn't give the dob so he said someone would be out to her residence to TAKE her to court

Michelle Garcia. Called saying my daughter has a court case filed against her she said she has my address these debt collectors are ridiculous and harassing. This needs to STOP OMG...the only 2 bad debt in the state of Texas that you have to pay are taxes and student loans which my daughter owes neither!!!!
Received a call today from 713-966-6794 saying that there was a case filed against my husband. The person that left the voice mail said her name was Aletha Moore and said to call 844-725-3671 for more information.

Keeps calling & threatening. Tells me the same things the other reporters have said. Will tell me there’s a case against me through Harris county & wont give me any information besides some BS number & a BS “case number”.
Lady called saying I had a case against me for loss of property thru Harris county she was talkin low like whispering I asked her for the info she hung up she called back stating she has a case number threatening to send a constable to my house n job but would never state her name
They are saying it is the police department and there is a warrant out for your arrest Since you did not answer their call
