Who called me from this phone number (713) 597-6985

Operator states they are calling from CenterPoint Energy & service will be disconnected due to non payment within the next 30 minutes & to call (800) 936-3259. Which also pulls up as a scam, stating they are from social security. So is it CenterPoint or Social Security Administration?? They can even get there story straight or where they are calling from. It said how these ppl cant get a real job like normal ppl do instead of trying to f**k ppl out of their money. Sad pathetic ppl, they deserve to be in jail, doing stuff like this to innocent ppl. :/
