I noticed around certain time periods and events my phone ringing. Someone confirmed some suspicious behavior and said an unknown man answered my phone. I looked into how to find out if my calls where being forwarded and lo and behold they were being forwarded to this number 713-557-0445. I called it and it said it enter your password. It's disgusting! I want it to stop.

me and my boyfriend’s phones are both forwarded to this number. When I call it, it asked for a password to a voicemail box. It’s creepy. I think it’s registered to a girl in Houston.

Folks, this number (713-557-0445) is the number ATT customers call to get their voicemail. When someone calls your number and leaves a message, your phone should beep you in a couple of minutes to alert you to call Voicemail. If you have ATT Voicemail set up, then you call that number. The first thing the recorder says is "Please enter your password", and when you enter the password you selected (or were given) when you joined ATT, the recorder will say "You have one new message" (or whatever the number of new messages you have). It will then tell you to Press One to hear new message, Press Two to skip to next new message, and so on. If you do not have ATT voicemail, maybe it was not offered years ago when you got your number. Maybe you set it up but didn't use it and then forgot about it. I'm not sure why Voicemail is calling you. I'm just telling you how my Voicemail works...it beeps my phone to alert me to call Voicemail because I have a message. I have had this same number for my ATT voicemail for many years. Maybe you have a different type delivery service or maybe you don't have any and that's why you don't recognize this one. Just call ATT Customer Service and tell them the issue. Reporting it as spam may not be a good option.
