Is 713-501-8397 a scam or spam call?
I have gotten calls from this number in the past. Is was a nice lady selling first aid kits light bulbs etc for the deaf and blind so they can continue to be paid for their work. Started calling again in the past couple weeks I now know the number and know who is calling and don’t pick up because I can’t afford to support each charity that calls for support.

CID says "David Seibert". Very persistent caller. Never leaves a message, and if you answer, they hang up. If you dial the number back, it's a fax line. If indeed they're asking for "donations", this is one hell of a way to do it.
