Obviously a robo call, long hesitation before caller asked for an employee by name. When asked the purpose of the call, caller repeated employee's name. He remains on hold.

Received call from this number at my place of work. A woman asked for my co-worker. When I asked if I could take a message, the woman's voice was strained like she was crying and she mumbled something about letting her manager know. Then she began arguing with a couple other people and hung up. My co-worker called the number back and got an odd pre-recorded message ("Please let us know how we can help in your development"), then the call disconnected.
