Who called me from this phone number (712) 221-2359

Got a call - showed on caller ID Cherokee, IA - claimed to be SS -a/c was compromised need SS number. Hung up & called SS & reported the call to them. Got phone bill & was billed for the scam call-now to call phone Company!
