Who called me from this phone number (708) 701-8370

Got a call from 708-701-8370 and when I answered no one answered back. so I called that # and it is for Auto Warranty Services. I did press 1 to be on the do not call list but we'll see if they abide by it. why do I need a warranty when I bought a new vehicle with a 10yr/100,000 mile warranty with it. I get these calls at least 4x/wk and they call between 7am & 11pm. should be a law against this harrasment!!!
