Call claimed that I owed them money for Advertising and that they Claimed they were a debt collector, hired to collect on a verbal agreement for social media enhancement. sent me an email I told them they were a scam and not to contact me gain
Claimed they were a debt collector, hired to collect on a verbal agreement for social media enhancement. I told them they were a scam and if they pursued it I would see them in court.
Said we owed a debt but would not give me any information but the name which I could not find online. We get these fake calls all the time claiming we had online advertising and made agreement to settle. Since I am the only one that handles agreements, I know they are scams.
saying i have an outstanding bill
They are saying they are from the Circuit attorney's office giving us the option of settling or having a judge make a ruling. They say we signed up for an advertising service in 2017 and didn't pay for it yet we don't advertise online and never have, they said they have a recording but wouldn't let us listen to it. Very aggressive, yelling and threatening.
Claiming outstanding debt that is overdue. Demanding payment
Claims i owe a debt from 2018 for an automatically renewed yearly service to keep my business from receiving sales calls. said i cancelled it after the first year. he says he had my account info but no sined confirmation of a contract.
