Who called me from this phone number (708) 350-9719

Definitely the same scammer here, he claimed to be from Amazon, unfortunately he managed to get my mother to transfer $10,000 to his account, thankfully however the bank stopped that payment. My mother also gave him control of her computer with remoting tools called AnyDesk and Splashtop Streamer whereupon he copied her entire Thunderbird (e-mail) profile with every e-mail my mother has ever sent or received. I also found a copy of the page of the bank web site on her desktop along with the copy of the Thunderbird Profiles folder he downloaded for his identity thieving when my mother had signed into her bank account for him, containing her balance, name, and (obviously) bank name. I hope the police catch this a-hole.
