Yes I got a call from a "Robert Branson" (lol?) at this number, and then about an hour later a call from another number by "Royana" 312-872-3248, both claiming to be from BCBS and could verify the last two digits of my card ID number, but would not confirm anything else.
Why would they ask a full medical history in order to just advise you of their services?
They ARE Blue Cross, they're trying to connect you to health services... Lol...
Ask THEM to verify the information they have on YOU (NEVER offer them YOUR information, EVER)!
BUT, you'll see, most likely, it comes straight from your Medicaid account!
It's legit, they're trying to do a nurse home visit, & connect you to services!
