Direct Energy (?) claims my existing utility contract has EXPIRED and that’s why my bills are so High AND Fluctulating so much. HA... WHAT DO THEY KNOW! First off I Don’t Have An Energy Contract... and most assured with not with them... since they are calling me from Illinois AND I live in OHIO. Hate people like this... especially since I’m on a Do Not Call Registry.
