Who called me from this phone number (708) 240-3966

YES I get calls from this number 708-240-3966 & other Bellwood one's shortly after 8 am in the morning before 9 am by leaving NO message since I don't pick it up by not knowing anyone in Bellwood that would call me that early! After I blocked it then another Bellwood one came in from 708-493-6327 MUST BE SCAMMERS!!!!!!!
