Complaints about Phone Numbers707-832-####

I blocked this number and I get a notification on my phone every morning that this call was blocked. I have many blocked calls, but this is the only one I get a notification for. Why?

Pre recorded voice saying they were from SSI "can you hear me ok?"

just called again 30 seconds after first call

Just received the same call as you Debbie. Claimed to be agents for Medicare??? Even transferred me to a Medicare “AGENT” and got very personal about Medicare until I asked for their name again and their extension to call them back thru Medicare. The “AGENT” then thank me and “HAVE A NICE DAY” and ended the call himself! Very fishy?????

Called, I did not answer, no message left. I tried to call number. Message was "Number not receiving calls now, please call later."

Calls, does not respond when we pick up.
