Claiming that I made a purchased a I phone 12 pro from Amazon and that it would be delivered between May 31- June 1st at an address located in New York at 79 Primose St. Rochester,NY 14615. one you call the 1-707-706-3582 customer service line the representative acts like they are taking care of the situation when they are scamming too. Not only did they make a fake amazon account they also purchased $100 gift cards for x box or playstation gift cards and when you try to call them it is always a voice message saying that all of the represenatives are busy. i am going to report this and cancel any credit cards of information that they may have. it's a shame that people rob you left and right especially at this time of what is going on. People are unemployed lost their jobs can't pay their bills and now people are stealing people's identity
