At least 92 consumers from California, Michigan, Florida, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and 18 other states reported phone number 707-366-6099 to the Federal Trade Commission. 41% of complaints reported the call or text message as a robocall or recorded message. The last complaint was on October 15, 2018.
