This is a scam to try and get information from you so they can use it to get money, or they try to get money payments straight from you on scare tactics that you owe an old bill. Just ignore the call... whatever you do...do not get paranoid and call the number back. They want you to respond so they can make their illicit attempts as I described. You can report this to the FBI as I have...but do not callback.
