Who called me from this phone number (706) 623-0029

I've received four calls in the past week alone from this number. Each time, the moment I say hello, they disconnect. Today I called back and it was someone calling from Hello Fresh, a food box company that I have requested they remove my number from their list more than once. When I again made the request today, the guy accused me of threatening him by saying they need to stop calling me.
