Who called me from this phone number (706) 565-1722

Man's voice say something about "mortgage," but I have no mortgage. His first question: "Can you hear me?" I did NOT say "yes," because I remembered reading something about scammers using this obvious question. I said "mortgage?" and that was the end of the call.
