Called twice today about a survey.

I have received numerous calls from this number (703) 643-4811 asking if I am looking for health insurance. As soon as I asked for more information, the caller would hang up. I finally called the number and was able to speak to someone and was told that my phone number is associated with a request for quotes for health insurance. I explained I am NOT looking for health insurance and want them to remove my number from their list.-

Hang up after 4 rings.

called 5 times in the span of 10 minutes. did not leave message

Leaves no voice mail msg. Relentless caller- now blocked!

703-643-4758 -scammer on a verizon line! refuse all calls

Verizon flagged it as spam. Did not answer.

Calling my cell phone daily

Didn't answer, left no message.
