They called 3x in succession. The 3rd time they called I answered. The background noise sounded like the call was being made from a noisy busy call center/phone bank. The caller stayed on the line for several seconds, wouldn't speak, then they hung up. I figure if they won't tell me their identity or the reason for their call, there's no reason for me to answer should they call again.
