Who called me from this phone number (702) 997-8418

Same man has called twice about a Capital One account we have never had. Originating in 2006 that supposedly we made an agreement to pay off in 2017 and made payments to a collection agency which we never did. And making threats of arrest and court etc. then hangs up.
