I keep getting calls from this number and I keep rejecting them as I don't know who it is. How can I get them to stop?

Someone offering you a travel package to Las Vegas. When I said I wasn't interested she laughed at me and said 'I get paid whether you sign up or not". When I told her that her sales techniques were rude and obnoxious, she disconnected the line.
