When I answered the phone after saying hello, they hang up. When I call them back they call me by name and say thanks for calling them back. They tried to sell me a vacation package. This exact example has happened to me 3 times this week. When I ask them why did they hang up, they say they are working from home and it was a voiceover call. When I try to explain to them I am out of work due to COVID 19, they just hang up.
