Who called me from this phone number (702) 634-9823

Called again and left message regarding a medical brace. Called 1/4/2019 time 9:04 AM. I also get the same calls with message left but from different numbers. one is 253 826-9548 which called two time 12/31/2018 and both time left the same message regarding a medical grade brace. Does no good to block these numbers as they keep using different numbers.
