I got the same phone call. Mark was SO nice. He's even going to put the verification$ in the new bank account I'm opening on Monday. If it's a scam I'll find out when I call him with the numbers to wire the card money to. I would really like to believe it is not a scam. I'm going to follow through with it and I'll follow up with you with my findings. I'm giving him the benefit of of the doubt. He sounds like a good guy.
The Publisher's Clearing House fraud... Today I won 7.5 million dollars and a cherry red Mercedes... all I had to do was to buy a $385 gift card... I was able to keep the guy on the phone for nearly 1/2 hour... He said "when you get the money, give us a call"... scam and fraud... (still, I would like a cherry red Mercedes)_
This number tried to pose as Publishers Clearing House. They wanted my mother-in-law to buy a card and then her prize would be delivered. Scam.
