Who called me from this phone number (702) 595-1990

SPOOFED NUMBER from "Credit Card Services". Robocalls about reducing credit card interest. When I talked to guy, I couldn't understand him (very accented English). Asked to talk to someone else. Second man was very verbally abusive (called me a b**ch, motherf**ker etc) when I asked what the name of the company was. Reported to FTC which has been trying to get these shut down for decades,
