Who called me from this phone number (702) 536-8423

Man on the phone told me I won Publishers Clearing House and would receive $750,000 and a 2020 Honda CRV. He only asked for my occupation and if I was over 65 years old. He gave me his number and told me to call if I had any questions. Needless to say my money or my free car never arrived.
