Who called me from this phone number (702) 435-5297

I got a call from this number and he said he was from all state insurance and giving me a quote on a car I have had for a year. I had not looked for a quote online for a year and this person had my personal information. And then said I was married and i am single. It spooked me and I do not know where he is from, but he know mostly the right information which puzzles me. So I kept saying my info over the phone OMG. Help. what is this crap.
