Who called me from this phone number (702) 330-9282

Called from a restricted line saying they are trying to have me served with papers at 7:42 in am. I asked what its in regard to and she said "do you want me to report you for failure to appear?" I hung up she then called by from 702-330-9282 and yelled "did you just hang up on me?" I said yes and told her where to go. I called the number back and no answer but recording came on saying " The Magic Jack customer you are trying to reach is unavailable. Scammers
