Who called me from this phone number (701) 380-1147

Just got a call from this number, voice recording saying "Can you hear me? My Bluetooth connection is bad. Can you hear me? Hold on.. just wait a second.." then disconnected. If you call them back there is a very fishy recorded message saying something about taxes. Definitely scam.
