Called me and left a voice mail saying I had a hospital bill and wanting to help with it. Creepy enough I had just been to the hospital, but had nothing due on MyChart. I asked the receptionist when I came to get my flushot and she said it wasn’t them, that they’d send it in a paper bill or let you know after the appointment.
