Who called me from this phone number (678) 995-1883

Just had a rep argue with me about why I want to be removed from their system. I asked to speak to a supervisor, and he claimed he was one. I asked if he was in the states, and he claimed he was. When asked what the capital of Georgia was, he answered "Texas". Absolutely rude, won't remove my number.
