Fraud told me he was a grant writer for small business. Charged me $320 to notarize the documents then said he needed another $215 that is when I reported him.

Refused to state business and attempted to obtain my full name. Sounded like either scam or debt collection. Regardless, I have no debts and do not provide personal info to random people calling to scam.
