Who called me from this phone number (678) 866-1675

I got a call from this phone number, asking if i wanted to sell my house, he knew my name, my phone number and the address, said his name was Patrick,....very odd call

This number called my wifes cell phone asking if my Father would be willing to sell his condo. Not sure how he got her number and tied it to my father's address because she has never received mail or ever used that address for anything.
