I received multiple phone calls at 4:15am on my business line. I answered and this inappropriate individual was moaning and making lewd inappropriate noises. He also sent pictures of his genitalia and a video, which I did not watch. My husband was very upset by this disturbing phone call and text messages. This individual needs to be arrested and needs to seek help.
