Got a call from 6788056038?
This is a legitimate call service for Emory Billing. I guess they got tired of people hanging up on them so they are asking people to call in. I called and they were able to tell me detailed information about the services I received that weren't listed on any written bills. I just recently got my updated statement from Emory and see that my payment was indeed applied. This number is legit.
Said "This is not a sales call" twice in a robo voice. I hung up due to scamming.
Left no message.
Same as others. I believe it is really Emory and they are just being annoying about a bill that you may owe soon. We have one that is due 9/9 and I just got the call that started out with "This is not a sales call, ...". We will pay our bills!!! I am thinking it is just their robocall way to automate being a nag about our bills. But as always, I would say pay your bills through the normal and official ways and maybe not through this robocall.
FWIW, got one of these calls this morning and discussed it with Emory billing. The woman I spoke with said the call was legit and yes, they know it sounds like a scam call and are trying to get that fixed (they could start by telling you to call a public, verifiable number...). In the meantime, I'd assume it was legit but as always, call a publicly listed number to confirm, not some unlisted number from a robocall.
Said they were Emory hospital business office....asked for personal info much as is regularly done with Emory Healthcare....but I was suspicious and asked him to call me back..he didn’t...then I looked here and found hey are apparently scammers.

Received automated caller voice saying they are not sales calls and claiming they are calling from Emory Hospitals and asking to return the callback on the same number.
The caller had enough information about my recent medical procedures and the billing amounts to include the amount my insurance paid of my claim. In the moment it seemed legitimate. I even received a confirmation email, however, it had grammatical errors and other bits of information that indicated the scam.
