They used my dead father to try and get money out of me. They were rude and screaming at me I did it back to them with expletives ! They hung up 2 times on me just kept on are you going make a payment I said on what that's what I'm trying to figure out! The woman kept saying mam mam don't be rude I didn't say anything but a phone number. This has to be a scam!
Harassing me saying I'm going to jail if I don't respond to their threats to call them back. Says they're coming to my work to speak with my HR dept or to my home. I wish they would
I got the same message as everyone else. Called their phone over 10xs before speaking with someone. They had the last four of my social as well as old addresses. Very hard to make out what they were saying. They told me I will be served in 72 hours. So let’s see what happens. They we been calling for about two weeks. Remember, what they are doing is against the law so even if it is a real company make sure to file suit. I have voicemails of their threats and recorded our whole conversation.

Got a message from a lady using a local number. She did not identify herself or the company she represents. She used a threatening tone saying there were two pending matters against a person I don't know. She said because she wasn't able to reach me by phone, she may actively peruse me at my place of work or residence. The person of interest, a case number, and call back number were all provided by an automated voice. She said I have the right to contact the client to resolve the case voluntarily, but if I wait until I'm located, I forfeit that right. She ended the call saying, "You have been notified!" Called the local number even though I was 99.9% sure it was a scam call. It immediately put me on hold. After a few minutes a lady picked up, and said something unintelligible. I asked what the name of the company was.....BGA Something Mediating Something? (she was very difficult to understand), and asked me very brusquely how she can help me. I told her I'd been contacted by a rude woman asking about a person I didn't know....she interrupted me, and said my number has been removed from the list. Then she hung up.

Got a call about a debt that my dead father owed. I explained that and they told me they would send paperwork that was in June. I called again today and the lady was extremely rude and fast talking kept interrupting me with mam mam don't get smart and have a tone I said I didn't very polite she hung up. I called back they picked up and said processing no name of the company. I called back 10 times and wanted to report the 2 rude people that rude woman puts me on hold came back on a minute later and said what was I trying to do make a payment I said I'm trying to report your rude a** she stared screaming I did to with color full language this has to be a scam. It takes a sick person to use a dead person to scam the family out of money!!
