Who called me from this phone number (678) 775-0386

They call and were not clear on the purpose of the call but only informed they are the "North Tower" in charge of the "South Tower" here in Florida and that they are changing from 4G to 5G. We did not request any changes, we are not a communications company, and we do not know what are they talking about. Weird and shady.
