Who called me from this phone number (678) 713-3700

Robo-call saying they're the "Dept of Community Health" and that they sent out important mail that was returned. Requesting a call-back to give them my updated mailing address. Sounds suspicious as they only say my first name, Jessica+ (BXC?), followed by the request for a call-back. I suspect it's somebody trying to locate me that is NOT the department of health lol
