This caller claims to be a recruiter offering a job opportunity. The catch is there's no job, the caller is barely intelligible and uses improper English. Any competent recruiter would ensure that they're: 1) clearly spoken as to properly represent themselves and the company they represent and 2) Mention which job they're offering instead of mumbling about a job opportunity that, as said before, is barely understandable.
