Says Phoenix Finacial, never leaves a message, keeps calling. They are a debt collector agravating people to pay for a doc bill or something.
Say's they are Phoenix Financial...I dont know. I asked what this was in regards to, and the lady was rude and said "that's not how this works ma'am" and then hung up on me!!! I dont know this company!
